Simón Montolío & Cia., S.A., was founded in 1987 by Simón Montolío Solsona, a professional with more than 40 years of experience in the shipping business. Since its foundation the 100 % of the capital has been in hands of Montolío family.

From its foundation on 1987, this 2012 we are celebrating our 25th Anniversary, our personal and professional experience is the best guarantee of services in the Shipping & Logistics business. Through these 25 years with the increasing of international trade and the evolution of international markets we have been constantly adapting to our customers needs. Nowadays we carry out the activities of Ship's Agents, Owners Representative & Protective Agents, Husbandry Agents, Forwarding Agents, Logistics Operators & Coordinators, Stevedoring Contractors, and Custom Agents.

We operate about 120 vessels each year, and more than 1.000.000 tons consigned of bulk cargoes of any type of steel products, project cargoes, paper reels, containers, Ro-Ro, wind energy components, grain and bulks, LNG, LPG, chemical products, cars, cement, wood, etc…
